What a VIP Booking Includes That a Standard One Does Not

• Therapist selection rather than assignment. You state gender and, where you have booked before, you can request the same therapist by name. It is confirmed before dispatch, not settled at your door.

Choosing Your Therapist

This is the part most people actually mean when they book VIP, and it is the part most providers are vaguest about.

You choose male or female, and you are told before the therapist leaves for you. If you have had a session you liked, note the therapist’s name and ask for them again — scheduling around one person takes more notice, which is exactly why it sits under the VIP tier rather than the standard one. VIP at Home Compared With a Luxury Spa

Hotel Bookings and Privacy

A large share of VIP bookings are in hotels — guests arriving on long-haul, residents putting up family, people working a short trip. A few things are worth knowing.

Therapists arrive dressed professionally and carrying equipment that looks like what it is. Most Dubai hotels are entirely used to in-room treatments; a few require the therapist to be signed in at reception, and one or two do not permit outside providers at all. Your booking details are not shared, discussed or retained beyond what is needed to deliver and confirm the session. Therapists do not take photographs, and do not ask what you do.

What VIP Does Not Mean

VIP is a service tier. It buys longer sessions, therapist choice, priority slots and a more careful setup. It does not change what the treatment is. Every therapist holds a Dubai Health Authority licence, is background-checked, and carries the licence to appointments — ask to see it. The business is registered with ESMA and MOHAP. You are professionally draped throughout every session, at every tier.

Before You Book a VIP Session

How far in advance should I book?

Same day is usually fine. A specific therapist, a specific gender pairing for four hands, or a peak Friday or Saturday evening slot benefits from a day or two of notice.

Can I request the same therapist again?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons people book this tier. Note the name at the end of your session and give it to us next time. Scheduling around one person needs more notice than taking whoever is free.

Is VIP available 24 hours?

Yes, including late night and early morning. Those hours carry no surcharge.

Do you cover hotels as well as residences?

What does it cost?

Can two of us book together?

Yes — that is a couples massage, two therapists treating two people side by side. Not to be confused with four hands, which is two therapists on one person.

What if I have never had a massage before?

Say so when you book. A first session is usually better at sixty or ninety minutes with moderate pressure than at two hours, and the therapist will check in more often.
